Returns -Cancellation - Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the right to cancel their contract (purchase) any time up to 7 working days. You can cancel by sending an email to louise@countryatheart.co.uk The goods must be returned within 7days of receipt and must be unused, unopened and undamaged and in the original packaging where possible. A refund will be given on the goods safe return by either cheque or paypal (depending on your original payment method), but we will not pay for the postage costs, this will be at the buyers expense.
Faulty Goods - If you have to return goods because they are faulty or damaged, please contact us by email detailing the fault within 48hrs of receipt. Please also advise whether a replacement or refund is required. Goods must be returned to : L. Ford, 46 Harthill Road, Westcraigs, West Lothian, EH48 3AL, in original packing where possible and when goods are received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be given.
