When you have selected your items and you have added them to the shopping basket, please follow the prompts. You will then be taken to a secure site in the Mals-E shopping cart.
UK MAINLAND ORDERS TOP
We accept payment by Cheque, Postal Order & PayPal (in GBP) only. Shipping prices are for UK mainland only. We have a minimum order limit of £10.00
Cheques & Postal Orders must be received within 10 days and should be made payable to Louise Ford and posted to:

Please Note: We only accept cheques drawn on UK based banks. If postal payments are not received within 10 days and we do not receive any communication from you, your order will be cancelled and this may affect any future orders.
OVERSEAS ORDERS TOP
PLEASE NOTE - WE ACCEPT PAYMENT IN GBP BY PAYPAL ONLY.
(Sorry we do not accept Overseas Cheques, due to high fees charged by the banks)
I can not be held responsible for any taxes, import duties or any other taxes imposed by overseas countries. This also includes shipping costs for returns.

POSTING & PACKING TOP
Post & Packing charge shown is for items posted in the UK mainland only.
Overseas and International Clients must contact us first with their order so that we can work out the additional shipping costs.
Once your order has been received and payment has cleared, i will contact you to confirm any personalised items. You will receive an email confirming your expected delivery date and again on the day your goods are dispatched. We use recycled packaging whenever possible (to save the environment) but all goods will be well packed for transport.
Proof of Posting is always obtained for Items or they are sent by Recorded Delivery and are sent via the Royal Mail.
Delivery times are normally within 14-28 days, unless the item is in stock and it will be dispatched within 7days. Because certain pieces can take hours to make/paint especially xmas pieces, these will normally be shown as stock items, if it is out of stock it may not be made again. Please contact me if you require any out of stock items to check availability. I am not responsible for delays due to the Royal Mail Postal Service.
Please note: I am not responsible for items once they have been handed to the Royal Mail. If you wish items to be insured please ask before ordering for cost.
REFUND POLICY TOP
If you have to return goods and you are requesting a refund. Providing goods are returned undamaged and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt, we will then refund your payment. However we do not refund postage costs. It is advisable that you return goods by recorded delivery.
Please note: We will not accept personalised or custom made items back for refunds.
OTHER INFO TOP
As each item is individually handmade/handcut to order i cannot guarantee that the item shown will be exactly the same as the one you will receive unless i have stated otherwise (in the case of stock items). I frequently mix my own paint colours so there may be slight variations, this of course always depends on your computer screen graphics as well. Fabrics are usually chosen by colour and i only buy in small quantities, so the designs will usually vary unless they are mentioned in the description.
